Job Description:
- Business Growth: Drive two-wheeler loan volume and market share by expanding and managing dealer networks.
- Sales & Collection P&L;: Manage end-to-end profitability, sales targets, and collection/recovery metrics to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and credit losses.
- Dealer & Manufacturer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, local dealerships, and channel networks.
- Working Capital & Trade Advances: Monitor dealer trade advance facilities and working capital limits.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and retain area managers, field sales teams, credit officers, and collection agencies.
