? Who Are We Looking For?We are specifically looking for professionals with: ✅ Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, student lead generation, or campaign management.

✅ Proven experience generating quality student admission leads for colleges, universities, educational institutions, or EdTech companies.

✅ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and other performance marketing channels.

✅ Experience managing high-budget campaigns, lead funnels, landing pages, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

✅ Knowledge of CRM integrations, WhatsApp automation, lead nurturing, remarketing, and marketing automation tools.

✅ Ability to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), lead quality, application conversions, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

✅ Experience managing end-to-end admission campaigns for MBA, PGDM, B.Tech, UG, PG, or other higher education programs.





⭐ Preferred Industry BackgroundCandidates currently working or previously associated with Shiksha, Collegedunia, CollegeDekho, Careers360, College Vidya, education marketing agencies, universities, or similar EdTech organizations are strongly encouraged to apply.
