Lead:

- 5+ years of experience with PEGA
- Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory
- Pega Smart Investigate and Payments domain experience - Mandatory
- Understanding of banking investigation processes
- Exposure to Banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing
- Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements
- Design, develop, and configure PEGA applications using Smart Investigate.
- Build and manage end-to-end case lifecycles, flows, assignments, and validations.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead and mentor PEGA development teams; perform design and code reviews.
- Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases aligned with banking and regulatory processes.
- Implement asynchronous processing using PEGA Queue Processors.
- Participate in and support SWIFT-related banking transaction workflows and investigations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
- Support production releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
