Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled and creative Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and analytics.
- Manage audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams to improve campaign performance.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and tracking campaign performance.
