Duties & Responsibilities
- Blasting of substrates, fixtures and machine parts
- Involve in maintenance activities of blasting machines
- Fixture maintenance
- Adherence to all safety requirements
- Ensure all process and activity is done as per QMS & EMS standard
- Maintain safety,5S & discipline within department
- Working for continous improvement & excellence in performance of function
- Oversee failures and Inititate preventive Action and Suggest Improvement Ideas.
Required education, experience, knowledge
- Must be diploma in mechanical Engineering Fresher or min with 6 months to 2 years of work experience in blasting operation surface preparation process in coating industry.
- Customer oriented approach.
- Positive communication and skills
- Open and positive mindset
- Must be ready to work for 6 days with 3 rotational shifts
- Must be ready to relocate to Tumkur (Karnataka)
