- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of large language models ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model architecture with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and performance.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model deployment and integration.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
