Role Description This is a Part-time, Hybrid role(Online/Offline) for Home Tutor Opportunities in Bangalore. In this role, you will engage with parents and tutors to understand tutoring requirements, match suitable tutors to learners, and support smooth onboarding and coordination. You will manage tuition leads, maintain accurate records in our system, and ensure timely communication between parents and tutors.

The position involves collaborating with internal teams to improve tutor discovery, addressing queries,



and helping enhance the overall experience on the HomezyTutor platform. You will also contribute to local outreach initiatives and provide feedback to improve our services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with parents, tutors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, customer service, and relationship management skills to handle tuition leads and support tutor engagement.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tutor requests, schedules, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in education services, EdTech, or tutoring coordination, though motivated newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have at least a high school diploma; a graduate degree in education, management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a learner-focused mindset, ethical conduct, and the ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment.
