Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for frontline, technical, and managerial roles across automotive manufacturing, engineering, and logistics functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment—from job profiling to offer closure—within defined SLAs for high-volume hiring campaigns.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning needs, and talent benchmarks specific to the automotive sector.
- Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding coordination while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.




- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and internal ATS to build talent pipelines and track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Organize and coordinate client-site interviews, plant visits, and mass hiring drives across multiple Indian locations.
