About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Electrical Engineering executive to champion our next-generation Global Knowledge Services and Industrial Automation business.

You will spearhead our high-margin International Energy Efficiency Audits, plant Performance Testing tracks, and electrical integration logic (PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, Smart Grids) for heavy utility infrastructures. You will transform traditional energy auditing into a high-tech, data-driven revenue engine.

What You Will Do:

- Lead Global Energy Diagnostics: Direct elite engineering teams during complex electrical energy efficiency audits and performance testing routines for national and international thermal power grids.
- Techno-Commercial Structuring: Architect and pitch advanced "Energy-Efficiency-as-a-Service" (EEaaS) commercial frameworks, where our revenue scales alongside the multi-million dollar fuel and power savings we generate for clients.
- Automation Upgrades: Lead the business strategy for engineering electrical control panels, switchgear revamping,



and smart grid automation solutions executing out of our Coimbatore and Delhi hubs.

Who You Are:

- Background: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). Certified Energy Auditor qualifications (BEE or international equivalents) are highly advantageous.
- Experience: Deep expertise in power system networks, transformers, electrical machinery diagnostics, and industrial automation control systems.
- Profile: A technically authoritative skilled who can seamlessly command a boardroom presentation with global utility directors and energy ministries.
