Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Fashion Designer supporting India’s Future Investors.

The Fashion

Designer will conceptualize and develop costume and wardrobe looks that reflect the show’s brand, themes, and contestant personalities. Day-to-day tasks include creating mood boards, sketches, and design concepts; coordinating textiles and embellishments; and ensuring garments meet visual, functional, and comfort requirements for filming. The role involves collaborating closely with producers, art directors, and talent to align designs with storylines, challenges, and on-screen aesthetics.

The Fashion

Designer will also manage fittings (virtual and in-person as needed),



oversee sample and final garment production with vendors or artisans, and maintain digital documentation of designs, measurements, and style guidelines for ongoing episodes and promotional shoots.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into cohesive on-screen looks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Textiles and Embroidery to select suitable fabrics, embellishments, and finishes for camera-ready garments.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Fitting to ensure garments are tailored for comfort, movement, and flattering silhouettes under studio lighting.
- Relevant skills such as costume design for TV or film, color theory, and trend awareness in contemporary Indian and global fashion are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D or similar), manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating fashion or costume design for media, events, or performance; prior experience in entertainment, reality shows, or production environments is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Costume Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
