Role Description The Event Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, organizing, and executing IFI-related events, both virtual and on-ground, in coordination with production and marketing teams. This role includes designing event concepts aligned with the show’s brand, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth logistics for auditions, live recordings, promotional events, and fan engagement activities.

The Event

Manager will collaborate closely with creative, social media, and operations teams to deliver consistent audience experiences and drive participation in the show. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, briefing and coordinating partners,



preparing event documentation, overseeing risk and contingency planning, and monitoring event performance metrics for future improvements. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, maintaining explicit reporting on event progress, and adapting plans quickly in fast-changing production environments.

Qualifications

- Event planning and management skills, including experience with live, virtual, or hybrid events.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Experience collaborating with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver branded experiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present plans and updates clearly.
- Comfort working remotely, using digital collaboration tools, and managing multiple events or workstreams simultaneously.
- Understanding of audience engagement, community-building, or fan-focused events; experience in entertainment or reality TV is a plus.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
