Job DescriptionUnifane Solutions is looking for an experienced and reliable US truck dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US trucking dispatch and a strong understanding of the US freight industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and book loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
- Negotiate rates with brokers and secure profitable loads.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and routes.
- Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other shipping documents.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to brokers and customers.
- Manage appointments, detention, layovers, and delivery delays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and drivers.
- Ensure smooth daily dispatch operations and accurate load records.

Requirements




- Must have prior hands-on experience in US trucking dispatch.
- Robust knowledge of US freight markets, routes, and load boards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.
- Availability to work according to US business hours.
