Role Description The EV Technician – Course Instructor (Kerala) is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The instructor will deliver structured training sessions on electric vehicle (EV) technology, including fundamentals of EV systems, components, diagnostics, maintenance, and safety procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing course materials, conducting classroom and workshop-based training, demonstrating tools and equipment, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations.

The role also involves mentoring learners on industry expectations, supporting them in skill development for employability, maintaining training records,



and coordinating with the academy team to continuously improve course content and delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in EV systems, electrical and electronic components, diagnostics, and maintenance practices.
- Candidates should possess instructional skills in lesson planning, classroom delivery, practical workshop training, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex concepts clearly, engaging diverse learner groups, and providing constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills for preparing training materials, using digital tools, and maintaining training documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related field; certification or hands-on experience in EV technology is highly beneficial.

- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or senior technician in EV or automotive domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum, follow safety standards, and align training with industry requirements.
