Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role at Small Fare is a remote internship focused on supporting marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio of brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content planning, publishing, and engagement, as well as supporting online campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience growth. The intern will help monitor performance metrics,



gather insights from web analytics tools, and prepare easy reports to inform ongoing strategies.

Additional tasks may include basic copywriting for digital channels, coordinating with designers or creators, and researching trends in fintech, events, e-commerce, and influencer marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support content distribution and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist with campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and basic understanding of content trends is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in fintech, events, e-commerce, and creator economies, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a digital-first environment.
