- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure data platform integrity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices related to data platform design.
- Experience in collaborating with architects and engineering teams to integrate complex data systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data flows and storage solutions for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance considerations within data platform environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data integration and modeling challenges.
