As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration across various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to aligning platform components with organizational needs, fostering effective communication among team members, and supporting the overall data infrastructure strategy to enable efficient data management and accessibility.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system reliability.
- Support documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data platform performance to meet evolving demands.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design within cloud-based data platforms.
- Robust understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization in data warehouse environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of security best practices related to data storage and access control.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
