- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data processing tasks for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data operations.
