As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the software solutions, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio, Data Architecture Principles, AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and integration techniques within cloud environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective resolutions.




- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Reltio.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
