The Role

Content is a core part of how we deliver results for our clients. As a Content Writer, you will turn our content briefs into finished, publish-ready pieces.

- You will receive content briefs from the XLR8 AI team specifying exactly what each piece needs: sections, sources to cite, and information to include.




- Your job is to fill each brief with human-written content. This is key: all content must be written by you, with no AI tools used at any stage.
- Expected output is 30 content pieces per week.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s in English or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong ability to research and understand a client’s domain and industry. To write about a business, you need to know its market inside and out. Industries include E-Commerce, SaaS, Dev Tools, Travel & Hospitality, and Consumer Apps.
- Extremely strong English and vocabulary. Your writing should read exceptionally well.
- Ability to write quickly while maintaining extremely high quality. No AI usage whatsoever.
- Solid communication skills with our team.
