Role Description The Camera Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases Nidharshana Sarees’ products across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include setting up cameras and lighting for product shoots, adjusting equipment settings for optimal image and video quality, and coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to execute planned shoots. The role involves shooting sarees, salwar kameez, kurtis, and jewelry for website listings, social media,



and promotional campaigns, as well as maintaining and organizing all camera and lighting equipment.

The Camera

Specialist will also assist in basic post-shoot review, ensuring that visuals meet brand standards and are ready for editing and publication.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with professional Camera equipment, including framing, focus, exposure, and basic troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of Lighting techniques, including studio lights, reflectors, and ambient light control for product photography and videography.
- Experience in product or fashion shoots, preferably for e-commerce or social media content.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video review or collaboration with editors (e.g., understanding file formats and quality checks).
- Attention to detail, reliable time management, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Comfort working in office in a studio or store environment and collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or textile photography is an advantage.
- Relevant training or coursework in photography, visual media, or related fields is beneficial.
