About the Role

CyberStark is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across the UK market. If you have international B2B sales experience and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and IT sales, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Generate and qualify new B2B leads across the UK.
- Run cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.
- Connect with business owners, IT Managers, CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of B2B or international sales experience.




- Experience selling to the UK, Europe, US, or other international markets.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales.
- A proven track record of managing and closing opportunities.
- Self-motivation and the discipline to work remotely.
