The Business

Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping how technology and business strategies align, ensuring that proposed changes support overall transformation goals. Throughout the day, the individual collaborates with teams to develop comprehensive business cases and provides guidance on implementing key initiatives that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.




- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of business transformation roadmaps.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to guide and influence teams during the implementation of business initiatives.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
