ABOUT VADIVAM®

VADIVAM® began in 2013 as a freelance creative practice and was incorporated in 2018. Over 13 years, we've delivered 200+ brand projects, built a strong network of creative collaborators and partners, and worked across a wide range of creative disciplines.

We are now entering a deliberate recent phase: repositioning VADIVAM® as a premium brand identity design agency for established enterprises, founder-led and multi-generational businesses — moving away from being seen as a general branding, logo or digital creative agency.

THE TEAM AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This phase is being built with a focused, lean team that will grow with the studio. You would work alongside identity designers, an editor and a fellow intern, in-office.

- Role type: Full-time internship, in-office
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: alternate Saturdays off; the monthly office calendar is shared in advance
- Detailed policies are shared at the final stage of joining

As we build through this phase, we're structuring resources carefully to create an efficient, sustainable team. The environment is focused and collaborative, with real ownership and a direct hand in shaping how the studio evolves.

with occasional client travel
- Stipend: ₹14,000/month fixed
- Growth path: structured performance review at 6 months, leading to an extended internship with a revised stipend or confirmation as a full-time employee

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities span brand marketing and business growth. Each intern's focus will be shaped around their strengths.

- Research established enterprises and identify key decision-makers as potential clients
- Build qualified prospect lists and track business signals such as expansions and leadership changes
- Run personalised outreach, book appointments and manage follow-ups
- Prepare client research briefs and pitch presentations
- Attend client meetings with the founder
- Maintain the sales pipeline and support client relationship management
- Manage VADIVAM®'s digital platforms — monitoring, content publishing and promotion
- Write "Blog Insights" — industry updates and perspectives
- Plan targeted campaigns that reach premium clients
- Maintain and update VADIVAM®'s website, and grow traffic to our platforms
- Support networking, partnerships and lead generation

WHAT WE OFFER

- A fixed monthly stipend of ₹14,000
- A structured review at 6 months, with a path to full-time employment
- On confirmation: a retention bonus at 12 months and an annual appraisal

- Direct mentorship from the founder, including client meetings with business leaders
- An internship certificate and letter of recommendation on completion
