This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions.

Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional development.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to document and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques to support solution design and implementation.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
