Role Description The Brand Representative role at Yral Foods is a contract position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves representing the brand at retail outlets, events, and partner locations, engaging with customers, and explaining product features and benefits.

The Brand

Representative will support promotional campaigns, assist in sampling and demonstrations, collect customer feedback, and share insights with the marketing and sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include building brand awareness, ensuring consistent product presentation, responding to customer queries,



and maintaining positive relationships with store staff and business partners. The role also includes basic reporting on activities, customer interactions, and market observations.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage diverse customers and partners effectively.
- Experience in brand ambassadorship and brand awareness activities, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage.
- Transparent, confident communication skills, including the ability to present products and handle customer queries in person and over digital channels.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles; comfort with using digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Prior experience in field promotions, merchandising, or retail customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or events, and to travel within Mumbai as required.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and alignment with Yral Foods’ focus on quality and customer experience.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
