Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Delhi, ideally suited for individuals with marketing agency experience and offering a salary up to 35,000 INR per month. The BDE will identify and qualify potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and build solid relationships with decision-makers, particularly within marketing and advertising domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting services to prospective clients, and supporting the development of tailored proposals and pitches.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings,



maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. The BDE is expected to represent HR TEAM professionally, provide proactive follow-up and customer support, and contribute to marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities and position services competitively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably from a marketing agency background.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and online communication platforms.
- Relevant experience of 1–3 years in business development, client servicing, or sales within a marketing or advertising agency is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
