Role Description The Branch Manager – Insurance & Investment (North India) will lead and grow AvniPie’s branch operations, with primary responsibility for business development in insurance and investment products. This full time, hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of advisors, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality client service.

The Branch

Manager will nurture relationships with individual and corporate clients, provide guidance on insurance and investment solutions, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance. The role also involves organizing local training sessions, promoting financial awareness,



and reporting branch performance to leadership while driving sustainable growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong background in insurance and investment products, with the ability to explain and recommend suitable solutions to diverse clients.
- Experience in branch management, sales leadership, or team handling within financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, including prospecting, client onboarding, retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Knowledge of tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to insurance and investment offerings in India.
- Skills in financial planning, goal-based advisory, and creating clear financial roadmaps for individuals and businesses.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to conduct client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ability to analyze data, track branch performance, and prepare concise reports and action plans for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM, IRDAI license) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in New Delhi, with readiness for local travel within North India as required.
- High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and commitment to transparent, ethical financial advisory.
