Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale software products on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, customers, and other stakeholders through regular status updates and progress reports.

Job Requirements :

- 10-25 years of experience in product delivery management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), cloud technologies, data analytics, digital transformation, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), software delivery best practices.
