Job Title: ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect to design, implement, and scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, and SPM. The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, lead development teams, and ensure best practices across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design
- Work across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SPM
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards
- Drive integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Oversee CMDB design, data modeling, and data governance strategies
- Lead implementation, upgrades, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and leadership
- Participate in solution reviews, code reviews, and release planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
- Hands-on expertise in multiple modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM,



CMDB, GRC, SPM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer
- Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM framework, and Discovery
- Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications such as:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS (in relevant modules)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred for Architect role

- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Exposure to GenAI integrations within ServiceNow (preferred)
