Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and general ledger records.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and account reconciliations.

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Prepare financial statements, expense reports, and management reports.

- Monitor payments, receivables, outstanding balances, and cash flow.

- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records for audits.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors.





- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

- Education: MBA in Finance (Mandatory).

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with month-end and year-end closing.

- Knowledge of audit processes and statutory compliance.

- Experience working with ERP or financial management systems.
