Position : Senior Executive / Executive Customer Service
Job Purpose: -Customer Support – Key Accounts
Location : Angamaly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales order and sample order entry in the system.
- Contract Management, execution and monitoring.
- Handle customer documentation, including shipping and export documents, Certificate updating intimations , recent customer registrations and KYC documentation.
- Manage communication with customers related to shipments, documentation status and order updates.
- Coordinate external and internal documentation across sales, logistics, finance and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to sales orders, samples, shipments, and customer data.
Experience: 3 + customer service experience in the same industry
CTC : upto 6 LPA
