Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to manage our web content on ACS website and extranet. Ensure the marketing and product content are implemented and maintained. Work with global marketing and product teams.

This role is expected to grow with increasing responsibility within Marketing especially Digital Marketing.

Principal Accountabilities

Key Challenges

Skills, Know How and experience

- Create, produce and manage high-quality marketing and product content to Web/Content management system/PIM

- To liaise with marketing team and product managers globally to gather relevant data and information
- To collect, standardize & maintain appropriate data and information to support marketing – including technical attributes, images, datasheets etc
- Ensure that marketing and product content are launched to market in an efficient and effective way
- To strive to continually improve the content on ACS website
- To maintain internal resource portal in tern of design, usability and contents
- To understand user navigation, journey and continuously improve user’s web experience
- To continually look at ways of improving the web usage and digital marketing activities




- To continually look at ways of making text more concise to improve use of space per webpage

- Working with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
- Maintaining and enhancing quality of web content.
- Ensure web content is commercially and technically 1st class
- Maintaining and enhancing technical data and marketing copy.
- Communicate effectively with marketing, product, sales teams.
- Work on strict deadlines.

- Degree in Digital Media or Marketing, Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering or related
- With or without working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Sharepoint and web front-end language (HTML/CSS/PWA).
- UI/UX, design elements, web layout & design skills are preferred.
- Ability to plan and prioritize own work effectively to achieve set end results.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Powerpoint and Words)
- Positive knowledge of digital marketing
- Knowledge of Magento CMS, Photoshop, PIM software will be advantage
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Language skills – fluent in English
