Job Purpose Lead and support the implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of Postilion payment solutions across acquiring and issuing environments. The role will ensure successful delivery of payment projects while maintaining high service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Postilion Realtime and Postilion Office solutions.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Postilion payment platform components.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Configure transaction routing, message translation, and host integrations.
• Coordinate with development, testing, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support certification activities with schemes, banks, processors, and third-party vendors.
• Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.
• Investigate and resolve implementation issues during project delivery and post-go-live support.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational handover documents.
• Monitor implementation progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are implemented according to security, compliance, and architectural standards.




• Support operational and support teams after deployment to ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in payment systems implementation and integration.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Postilion product suite (Realtime and/or Office).
• Strong understanding of electronic payments, card processing, and transaction flows. Experience In
• Postilion Realtime and Postilion Office implementation and configuration.
• Payment switch deployments and transaction routing.
• ISO 8583 message formats and payment transaction processing.
• Integration with acquiring, issuing, ATM, POS, and payment gateway systems.
• SQL databases and troubleshooting production issues.
• Host-to-host integrations and interface configuration.
• Payment certifications with card schemes and banking partners.
• Incident analysis, root cause investigation, and issue resolution.
• Market and industry knowledge of the Payments industry, particularly the POS, ATM, Acquiring, and Issuing domains. Preferred Skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and production support environments.
