• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Connect with healthcare decision-makers and present QWay’s solutions.
• Manage prospects through qualification, follow-up, and closure.
• Build robust, long-term client relationships. What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in International Voice Process, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
