Role Description The Management Intern role at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating travel itineraries, assisting with tour planning, and helping manage bookings and client inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining databases and documentation, preparing reports for management, and supporting vendor and partner communication. The intern will also contribute to process improvement, assist with marketing activities related to tours and packages,



and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of travel services. Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with online tools and platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Customer service mindset, with a qualified, courteous approach to client interactions and problem-solving.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail for handling itineraries, records, and operational reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Ghaziabad and adapt in a dynamic travel industry setting.
