Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Market Research Executives to join our team for an international voice process. The role involves conducting outbound cold calls to international customers and businesses, gathering market insights, collecting relevant information, and maintaining accurate records in the company database. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to work across all shifts according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to international customers and businesses for market research purposes.
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and questionnaires to gather market-related information.
• Collect and validate information about customer preferences, industry trends, products, and services.




• Communicate professionally with international respondents and maintain a positive calling experience.
• Record responses accurately in the CRM or designated database.
• Meet daily and monthly calling, data collection, and quality targets.
• Follow the provided calling scripts, research guidelines, and quality standards.
• Handle customer objections professionally and maintain proper call etiquette.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and calling regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls to international customers.
• Good listening, questioning, and conversation-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
• Ability to understand instructions and accurately document information.
• Confidence, patience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
• Must be flexible to work in all shifts, including rotational and night shifts. Preferred Candidate Profile
