Role Description The GSA (Guest Service Associate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The GSA will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience throughout their visit. Responsibilities include handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and wellness teams, and maintaining accurate records at the front desk. The role also involves promoting wellness services, explaining offerings clearly,



and assisting guests with schedules, payments, and special requests. The GSA will follow operational and safety standards, support day-to-day lounge or hospitality operations, and contribute to a calm, professional environment aligned with VNWPL’s wellness-focused ethos. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong customer service and hospitality skills, including guest interaction, relationship-building, and a courteous, skilled demeanor.
• Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, the ability to explain services, and active listening to understand guest needs.
• Candidates should possess operational and administrative skills, such as basic computer proficiency, reservation handling, billing support, and accurate record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and responsiveness to guest issues or service recovery.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with wellness, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in wellness centers, hotels, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• An interest in wellness, healthcare, or sustainable living, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, will be considered favorably.
