We are looking for a result-driven IT Sales Manager who can acquire new clients, generate business opportunities, close deals, and manage a sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for IT and digital marketing services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
• Connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
• Pitch IT services, website development, software development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital solutions.
• Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, follow-ups, and revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance. Requirements




• 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or software services sales.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and close B2B deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, CRM tools, and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve individual as well as team targets.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue generation. Compensation & Benefits
