• Track pre-production milestones (FABRIC in-house, trims, PP meetings, size set approval) uniquely for each buyer.
• Align cutting input with fabric in-house status to prevent starvation of sewing lines.
• Track daily/hourly performance across cutting, sewing, and finishing, generating "Plan-B" corrective actions if shortfalls occur.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and line-loading plans based on buyer delivery schedules and factory capacity.
• Track daily production output, Work in Progress (WIP), and target-versus-achievement metrics. Highlight bottlenecks early and create backup plans.
• Prepare daily/weekly planning updates, backlog analysis reports, and management summaries. Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc / MSc in Textile Engineering Or Related Others Requirements
