About the role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. You'll work closely with our core team to help manage processes, coordinate with international students and educators, and ensure smooth delivery of our programs. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts kids' learning journeys.

What you'll do
• Coordinate scheduling, sessions, and communications with students, parents, and tutors across US & UK time zones
• Monitor and follow up on student onboarding, enrolment, and retention workflows
• Assist in managing internal tools, dashboards, and operational trackers
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline operations




• Support customer success by handling queries and ensuring a great experience Who you are
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field
• Robust communicator — written and verbal — with good English proficiency
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts (2 PM – 12 AM IST) to align with US & UK hours
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in a remote setting
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar
• Passionate about education, startups, or working with an international team Perks & advantages
