About the Role
A leading healthtech company is looking for a skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to build and deploy intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing ML models, working with modern AI technologies, and building scalable AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training and evaluation.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and related technologies to build intelligent applications.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLMs with external data sources where applicable.
• Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize inference efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production applications through APIs and backend services.
• Follow best practices for model evaluation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI development.
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications




• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development.
• Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical concepts, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and LLM application development.
• Experience working with APIs, data processing pipelines, and integrating AI models into applications.
• Understanding of model deployment, version control, and production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Valuable to Have
• Experience building RAG-based applications and working with vector databases.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and ML deployment practices.
• Experience applying AI/ML to healthcare, medical data, or other complex, data-intensive domains.
