As the world shifts from traditional SEO to AI-generated results, we’re building the analytics and optimization layer for the next generation of marketing. Our clients range from high-growth startups to enterprise companies making $100M+ in ARR. We’re 100% funded by revenue and profitable, and we’re growing 20% MoM organically. The Role Content is a core part of how we deliver results for our clients. As a Content Writer, you will turn our content briefs into finished, publish-ready pieces.
• You will receive content briefs from the XLR8 AI team specifying exactly what each piece needs: sections, sources to cite, and information to include.
• Your job is to fill each brief with human-written content.



This is key: all content must be written by you, with no AI tools used at any stage.
• Expected output is 30 content pieces per week. Requirements
•

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s in English or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience
• Strong ability to research and understand a client’s domain and industry. To write about a business, you need to know its market inside and out. Industries include E-Commerce, SaaS, Dev Tools, Travel & Hospitality, and Consumer Apps.
• Extremely strong English and vocabulary. Your writing should read exceptionally well.
• Ability to write quickly while maintaining extremely high quality. No AI usage whatsoever.
• Robust communication skills with our team.
