Role Description The Owner role at MS Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana East. The Owner is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including course planning, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth delivery of engineering programs. This role involves managing teaching staff, monitoring student satisfaction, and maintaining high academic and service standards. The Owner will handle financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation, while also driving marketing and outreach initiatives to expand the academy’s presence. In addition, the Owner will establish partnerships, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and continuously improve the academy’s offerings based on industry trends and learner feedback. Qualifications
• Ability to develop and manage educational programs, with strong curriculum planning and course design skills.
• Experience in operations management, including staff coordination, scheduling,



and process optimization.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and basic accounting or business administration skills.
• Robust leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, partners, and stakeholders.
• Background in engineering or a related technical field, with familiarity with contemporary industry requirements.
• Experience in marketing or business development, especially in the education or training sector, is highly beneficial.
