- 20 Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Cyber Security Leader (Consulting & Delivery) to define, implement, and manage our organization’s cybersecurity strategy. This leader will oversee all aspects of cybersecurity including governance, risk, compliance, threat detection, incident response, and security architecture to ensure the protection of our digital assets, infrastructure, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, robust leadership capabilities, and the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance




• Develop and own the enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Lead the development of a cybersecurity roadmap with clear priorities and measurable KPIs.
• Present cybersecurity posture, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and/or the board. Security Operations & Threat Management
• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC), threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response teams.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of systems to detect and mitigate threats.
• Lead major incident investigations and coordinate rapid containment, remediation, and post-mortem activities.
• Implement and improve SIEM, SOAR, and advanced detection capabilities. Risk Management & Compliance
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and ensure remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits, penetration tests, and third-party security reviews.
• Manage security-related certifications and external security assessments. Security Architecture & Engineering
• Define secure architecture for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Support secure design and development practices, including DevSecOps integration.
• Oversee identity & access management (IAM), zero-trust initiatives, encryption, and data protection strategies.

• Build and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams across operations, engineering, governance, and risk.
• Drive a culture of security awareness across the organization through training and communication programs.

• Proven record of responding to and managing complex security incidents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of threat landscapes, adversary behavior, and mitigation techniques.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR tools, IAM platforms, endpoint detection, and vulnerability management solutions. Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum qualifications – BE/BTech from reputed institution.
