Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Online CCNA Trainer to join our growing IT and Networking faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and practical online training sessions to prepare learners for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 200-301) certification and real-world networking environments. The trainer must be comfortable conducting live virtual classes, demonstrating networking concepts through online lab environments, and engaging learners remotely.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver live online CCNA 200-301 training sessions through virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct interactive, hands-on lab sessions using Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or other suitable virtual networking environments.
• Develop and update course content, presentations, training materials, and assessments aligned with Cisco's latest curriculum.
• Explain complex networking concepts clearly through virtual demonstrations, screen sharing, and practical exercises.
• Provide individual mentoring and online support to help learners prepare for the CCNA certification exam.
• Monitor learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.




• Encourage active participation and maintain learner engagement throughout online sessions.
• Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and changes to the CCNA certification curriculum.
• Collaborate with Edoxi's academic and corporate training teams to customize online training based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, learner feedback, progress reports, and course completion documentation. Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline.
• Active CCNA certification (CCNA 200-301); higher-level Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in networking roles and/or professional training.
• Proven experience delivering online or virtual technical training is preferred.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of:
• Routing and Switching
• VLANs, Trunking, and Inter-VLAN Routing
• IP Addressing and Subnetting
• Network Security Fundamentals
• Wireless Networking
• Network Automation and Programmability
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or other virtual lab environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and virtual classroom facilitation skills.
• Reliable internet connectivity, a suitable computer, a working microphone, and a professional online teaching setup.
• Cisco Certified Instructor (CCI) credential is preferred. Key Skills
