Bengaluru, Karnataka Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month Duration: 3 months Opportunity: Potential full-time employment based on exceptional performance About PropSarathiPropSarathi is a real estate advisory firm helping homebuyers and investors identify promising real estate opportunities across Bengaluru, with a focus on North Bengaluru and emerging investment corridors. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and self-driven Videographer & Video Editor Intern who can independently manage end-to-end video production, from shooting at real estate project sites to editing engaging content for social media.

Key Responsibilities
• Shoot high-quality videos of real estate projects, properties, model apartments, amenities and surrounding locations.
• Film property walkthroughs, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media content.
• Edit videos with professional cuts, transitions, colour correction, music, subtitles and motion graphics where required.
• Create engaging content featuring property advisors, project highlights and real estate investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with the team to plan shoots, develop content ideas and execute them effectively.
• Travel to project sites across Bengaluru, particularly North Bengaluru, for on-location shoots.
• Organise video footage and deliver edited content within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with social media trends, video formats and real estate content styles. Skills & Requirements
• Basic to intermediate experience in videography and video editing.
• Must have a personal laptop capable of handling video editing software and editing high-quality video footage.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
• Understanding of camera framing, composition, lighting, stabilisation and audio recording.
• Ability to create visually appealing,



engaging and qualified real estate videos.
• Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of previously shot or edited videos is preferred. Practical skills and creativity matter more than academic qualifications. Highly Preferred If,
• Owns a professional camera suitable for real estate videography.
• Has a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for travelling to project sites.
• Experience creating real estate content, property walkthroughs or architectural videos.
• Familiarity with gimbals, microphones, lighting equipment and drones. Having your own camera and two-wheeler will be an added advantage, but neither is mandatory. However, having a suitable personal laptop for video editing is a requirement. Internship & Career GrowthThis is a three-month internship with a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000. We are specifically looking for interns who are eager to learn, take ownership of their work and grow with the company. At the end of the three-month internship, candidates who demonstrate exceptional creativity, outstanding video quality, consistency, professionalism and the ability to meet PropSarathi's real estate content requirements may be considered for a full-time position. Full-time employment is not guaranteed and will depend on the candidate's performance, business requirements and mutual agreement.
