Pan India Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Hiring for one of the Big 4's Clients Overview Senior consultant with 12 years of experience in Reinsurance and Reinsurance Brokerage functions, driving AI-led enablement to automate non-value-added activities and enhance productivity. Responsibilities
• Engage with underwriting, actuarial, CAT modeling, and brokerage teams to understand current-state processes
• Conduct process diagnostics, not execution, across presubmission, placement, and postplacement lifecycle
• Identify manual, repetitive, and data-intensive tasks suitable for AI and automation
• Define AI-automation opportunities, e.g., submission intake, bordereaux processing, document parsing, analytics
• Collaborate with domain SMEs to validate improvement opportunities and prioritize based on business impact
• Recommend transformation roadmap focusing on productivity, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization
• Translate business opportunities into AI use cases, agentic workflows, and solution architecture inputs
• Support business case development with measurable outcomes, cost savings, capacity uplift, and turnaround time
• Partner with technology teams during solution design and implementation
• Monitor adoption and ensure teams shift focus to advisory and value-added activities Requirements
• 12 years in Reinsurance, Insurance, with robust exposure to brokerage or advisory functions
• Experience collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and CAT modeling teams
• Strong background in process consulting, diagnostics, and transformation
• Exposure to AI, analytics, and automation-driven initiatives
