Responsibilities:
-
· You Will be part of the Customer Service team of a renowned Client in UK , where your main mission will be to receive chats and emails from clients to help them resolve doubts and queries
· Understand the customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions through( Email , Voice & Chat)
· Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT ( Customer Satisfaction ) scores.
· Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
· Meet individual and team performance targets ( Productivity, Quality, CSAT ). Required-

Skills:

· Experienced
- Atleast ( 0
- 5 yrs) in the Customer Support role in the International voice & chat process are prefered.
· Freshers
- with good english communication skills are also invited to utilise the Prospect .




· Should be flexible with the Rotational-Shifts ( UK / US/ Other Shifts ).
· Should be working Onsite from the Konecta Office at Bengaluru Salary Range :
- Freshers
- CTC Offered = ( 3.5 Lacs / Per Annum, Including All )
- Based on the interview feedback Experienced
- CTC Offered = ( Upto 4.5 Lacs / Per Annum , Including All )

- The positions will be offered on a Fixed Term Hires (FTH) for a period of 3 months. Based on business requirements and individual performance, candidates may be considered for absorption into permanent roles with Konecta. Working-Mode :
