Responsibilities:
'
- Lead the POS business to expand volume of business and profitability of products and portfolio
- Guide distribution of products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
- Own the loan business P&L; and drive cost effective operations
- Partner with the Technology and Digital teams to facilitate process improvements and innovation, thereby increasing operational efficiency and creating a online seamless experience for the customer
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, Brands, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for POS business and prepare for external workplace
- Lead ideation of standardized processes to ensure smooth functioning of POS business Secondary





Responsibilities:

- Manage and improve the online partner journey and customer experience to differentiate the bank from competition
- Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives in offering, channel & process point of view and ensure its implementation to improve overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments and functions to provide best-in-class products and service offerings to the customer Managerial & Leadership

- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
- Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer’s needs holistically
- Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets Key Success Metrics: Business P&L;, profitability, revenue through strategic key partnerships with online vendors, portfolio quality (bounce rate, delinquency below threshold)
