Job Description:
- Business Growth: Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive used car loan sourcing, channel development, and market penetration.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaison with credit, risk, operations, and IT teams for seamless execution of finance schemes and policy rollouts.
- Delinquency & Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio health, collections, and recoveries to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs) and credit losses.
- Dealer & Broker Relationships: Build and maintain key account management with used car dealers, brokers, and OEMs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and audit sales teams to meet monthly volume and linearity targets.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales and lending practices comply with internal policies and statutory regulations.
